Charity started her career with WTH as a Training Specialist in 2014. Since then, she has played an instrumental role in enhancing all of our training offerings and programs. Her passion for learning and helping others have “lightbulb moments” that benefit their business is evident in all her work. Charity leads the weekly Engagement Call and loves to share tips and tricks with everyone, whether at an in-person event or a virtual training opportunity. Her training expertise and leadership will enhance all the events that we offer.
Some highlights of her career so far include the Travel Safety Training Program, Associate Onboarding Toolkit, Romance Travel Certification, Launch of Virtual New Franchise Training, Launch of the Learning Plan (a tiered training curriculum that allows agents to place themselves in 101, 201, or 301 leveled courses according to their needs), and the Group Application Training.
Before joining WTH, Charity spent four years teaching adult English language learners, teaching Kindergarten and 1st grade for six years. In 2021, Charity received the Emerging Training Leader Award from Training Magazine, and her Training Programs have been recognized with prestigious awards from Travel Weekly, Northstar Media, and Litmos.
Charity’s dream vacation is a trip to Iceland.
